Our Mission
Our mission is to empower African youth with the digital skills required to succeed in the 4th Industrial Revolution by delivering regionally targeted, tech-enabled, and ever-evolving educational initiatives. We foster inclusive growth by collaborating with partners to bridge geographical limitations, overcome socio-economic barriers, and accelerate youth employability across Africa.

Mitchelle (Mazvita) Tatsvareyi
Founder & Executive Director
Mitchelle brings a humanitarian lens and deep community engagement to Envision Africa Initiative. As a Social Worker and Medical Consultant , she combines her knowledge of healthcare systems, insurance, and community support to connect vulnerable populations to critical resources. She is passionate about poverty alleviation, human rights, and youth empowerment, ensuring EAI’s initiatives are inclusive, equitable, and socially impactful.
Adore Kudzai Ruzvidzo
Founder & Chief Operations Officer (Zim,SA, Zambia)
10+ Years’ experience as an ERP Developer, API Integration Expert, and Business Systems Consultant. He has implemented data-driven decision-making tools, optimized remote business processes, and scaled digital services to improve operational efficiency. His experience in voluntary community projects through Higherlife Foundation has deeply informed his commitment to youth empowerment and bridging the digital divide.

Chief Program Officer
With over 10 years of experience in the NGO sector, he brings extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise in operations management, digital transformation, and community development. His leadership is driven by a deep commitment to empowering youth and bridging the digital divide through innovative, impactful solutions.
